Under this project delivery approach, MB Ford Construction Ltd. acts as construction manager as part of the integrated construction management team working closely with the owner, the Architect and the Engineers, from the initial planning stage to the final completion of the project.

We assist the owner and consultants in developing needs analysis to establish the user requirements and overall design objectives. Utilizing our project delivery model we can develop the overall program schedules, detailed construction schedules, and budget control documentation.
